CloutLab Website Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2026
Who we are
This policy explains how CloutLab ("CloutLab," "we," "us") handles personal information collected through our website, cloutlab.com. If you have questions, email [email protected].
What we collect
- Information you give us in forms. When you request materials such as the Clout180 Sample Report and Whitepaper, or contact us, we collect your name, work email, and company, plus anything else you choose to share in the form.
- Calendly bookings. When you book a call with us through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, the time you pick, and any answers you give to booking questions, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.
- Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use our site, such as which pages are visited, how long visits last, the type of device and browser, and the general location (city or region). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this. Our website platform, Kajabi, also uses cookies that the site needs to work properly.
How we use it
- To send you the materials you asked for.
- To follow up with you about your request or a call you booked, and about CloutLab services that relate to it.
- To run and improve our website.
- To keep basic records of our communications with you.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers we use
We use a small number of trusted providers to run our business. They handle information on our behalf and only to provide their services to us:
- Kajabi: hosts our website and forms.
- Google Analytics: website analytics.
- Calendly: meeting scheduling.
- Google Workspace (including Gmail): email and file storage.
- HubSpot: contact records (CRM) and email.
- Stripe: payment processing when you buy a program or product.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example while we are in touch with you about a request or working together, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. When we no longer need it, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: every marketing email from us includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] and ask us to stop.
- Access or deletion: to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
California residents
If you live in California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to ask us to delete it or correct it, and to not be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To make a request, email [email protected].
Children
Our website is meant for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
