Andy Martiniello is a coach, consultant, and leadership facilitator who helps leaders and teams grow by addressing both the human and strategic sides of performance. Across 25+ years in enterprise tech, startups, and innovation-focused organizations, he has paired executive coaching with practical tools for business strategy and team alignment. Alongside his work with executives and organizations, he serves as fractional Chief People & Strategy Officer at Equipment Ontario and collaborates with Strategyzer on business design initiatives. Andy trained with the Co-Active Training Institute, Conscious Leadership Group, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, and the International Coaching Federation, where he has also served on the Toronto board.
